QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Do all the ports need to be at the same voltage? We have devices that operate at 24, 48 and 56 volts. Could we use one unit to power them all at once?

The injector requires the same voltage on all ports. Both power supplies should be the same. If you need to mix voltages, we recommend in-line converters such as the GPOE-48v10w (step up) or GAT-24v25w (step down).

  • Can I use this with 802.3af devices?

Yes! The GPOE-24B-56V240W is backwards compatible with the older IEEE standard, meaning you can use it with 802.3af devices

  • Do you have a document or listing that provides the country of origin for your products?

The country of origin is China.
