4 Port Gigabit PoE Injector with 24 Volt 30 Watt Power Supply

Simplify installations with a multi-port midspan injector. Power up to four IP cameras, desktop phones, WiFi access points, or other low voltage devices through a network data cable using this Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector. A Passive PoE injector always delivers the same voltage as its power source. This injector comes with a 24v UL approved power supply to provide direct voltage to your 24 Volt Passive PoE devices.

Compatible with 24 Volt Passive Mode B. This midspan meets the standard Mode B negotiation using pins 4,5 / 7,8 to deliver PoE power to your device.

Ask a Question
  • Does this provide lightning protection?

No, this device is not designed with surge protection.

  • Is this 30w per port or total of all 4

No, this is 30 watts to be divided amongst all ports in use on the injector. The WT-GPOE-4B is limited to 1 amp per port (or 24 watts per port). If you need 24 watts or less per port, we recommend our WT-GPOE-4B with WS-PS-24V120W.

  • I see the input voltage is 12-37V on the injector. Will this device run on a 12V battery instead of the power supply?

Yes, this injector will accept 12V DC from a battery to provide 12V out on the POE ports. If you need to convert 12V from your battery to 24V Passive PoE, please see our GPOE-4B-Solar or GPOE-24v10w.

  • Which of these standards uses? 802.3af - 802.3at - 802.3bt?

This injector kit does not follow any of the IEEE 802.3 standards, and instead this is what's known as a 24 volt passive PoE. IEEE 802.3af, at, and bt all require between 44-57 volts PoE. This injector kit should only be used to power devices that specify they require 24 volt PoE.
