16 Port Active PoE Injector for High Powered Devices like Cisco WiFi APs

Power IP cameras, desktop phones, WiFi access points, and more. This 802.3af/at compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector takes power from the included 56 volt DC power supplies and adds it to a Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet data cable to power your PoE devices.

Active PoE means the right power at the right time. An active PoE injector negotiates with the powered device to deliver the voltage needed, so there are no concerns about accidentally burning out lower powered or non-PoE devices. Power is only added to the data cable when an 802.3af or 802.3at device is connected.

  • Are you planning to make a 60W per port model? For 802.3bt/ut? Use case is intelligent LED lighting.

    Our WT-GPOE-16-AB will do 60 watts. It is a passive device which would work well with LED Lighting. Please contact our tech support team to offer the best solution for your setup. Once the bt standard is issued sometime later this year, we do have plans to manufacture an 802.3bt device. 

  • This unit supports 30W per port, correct?

    Correct. The maximum a powered device can pull from this injector is actually closer to 36 watts per port, taking into consideration the limit of 240watts total.

  • I saw at on the injector, with two power supplies ... But If we have at AND af components to power ... is it OK to use it ? Thank you Pascal

    Yes, our AT injectors are backwards compatible to power AF devices.

  • Is it possible to use two different voltages for the PSUs? A 24v for one "half" and a 48v for the other "half"?

    No, our injectors are not designed to accept dual voltages. The AT-16 is compatible with an input voltage of 44-56V but if two power supplies are used, they should be the same output power.
