  • Will this work on a MacBook Pro?

    No, this will not provide enough power for a Macbook Pro. The BT-USBC-A-PD is rated for 60W though, which is compatible for a Macbook.

  • Will this work with Lightning iPads?

    Lightning iPad models won't be able to correctly negotiate data with the GAT-USBC-PD-V3. Lightning is limited to 480Mbps at the USB 2.0 standard, whereas the GAT-USBC-PD-V3 is Gigabit and uses the USB 3.0 standard. However, USB-C model iPads will negotiate data just fine on the GAT-USBC-PD-V3.
