Refund policy

PoE Texas Products are Simple, Reliable, and Supported By Experts. We design our Power over Ethernet solutions for simple installation and long life, but sometimes things go wrong. When that happens, expert help is only a phone call away. All of our PoE products are backed with a 1-year replacement warranty and 30-day “no questions asked” return policy.

Returns < 30 Days:

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the product back in new condition for a full refund. If you need assistance selecting another product for your application, our expert technical support team is happy to help.

Product shipment will be paid by the customer. The customer may request a label to be issued and the shipment cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns 30-90 Days:

If your return has passed the 30 day window, you may submit a request for refund to our service team. Each request will be evaluated on an individual basis. If approved, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping will be paid by the customer. The customer may request a label to be issued and the shipment cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the amount refunded.

Warranties:

We stand behind our product quality and offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all of our products. If your product does not meet the quality expectations due to a defect, we will replace your item.
