Yes, this splitter/injector kit will work to provide power to your Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. The 32 volt power supply will power the injector on Modes A/B using the Y-cable. From the POE port on the GPOE-1AB injector, you will run a patch cable to the POE-USBC splitter. The female USB-C port on the splitter is what will connect directly into your tablet for power.
