Is a PoE Splitter Needed if Using a PoE Injector to Setup a PTZ Camera?

This video explains whether a PoE splitter is necessary in a PTZ camera setup with a PoE injector.

A PoE system can transmit power and data through a single Ethernet connection, but also needs both ends to be PoE enabled.

If a PoE system does not provide power at the start of transmission, then we will need a PoE injector.

If the device connected to the system is not PoE enabled, then we will need a PoE splitter to split the power and data before they reach the device.
